My sis introduced me a new beverage shop in Tropicana City Mall (LG-22)

Products they sell,* Fruit Tea (with fresh fruits* Milk Cream Tea* Vinger + Fruit Flavour* Pop Corns (Original, Caramel, Japanese Curry, Mexican Chili, Dried Seaweed, Wasabi)* Panna Cotta (MUST TRY!!!)

I would like to introduce to you all the 

PANNA COTTA~~  *tadahhhh*

Panna Cotta literally translates as "cooked cream" in Italian. It made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar, mixing this with gelatin. These softly set and creamy Italian puddings are so silky-smooth.

We bought the chocolate flavour

But must finish it in 3 days (I bet you sure finish it in half-an-hour)

The bottle shape and size is so cute!

Le SUPER YUMMY Panna Cotta!!! The chocolate mixed with the pudding, SUPERB!!! You will definitely ask for more!

Dinner at Sizzlers

Few days ago had dinner with my sis and her friends at Sizzlers restaurant

Nice environment there

Seafood combo meal, I forgot to take the appetizer (mushroom soup with garlic bread and salad) We purchased through Groupon.

Cupcake day

First trial for baking cupcake

Ingredient:

- 1 pack of pre-mix baking powder (500 gram)

- 4 eggs

- 250 gram of butter

- icing sugar

- cupcake cup

Combine pre-mix baking powder, egg and butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 10 - 15 min until well mixed.

Place the well mixed ingredient in to cupcake cup

Don't forget to preheat your oven with 180°C for 10 min
